  • The clock is continuous. (No stoppage time)
  • A build out line is in place for U10 (We are going to use the Mid-field line this season.)
  • A kickoff starts play, after halftime, and following a scored goal. The ball may move in any direction. The ball may not be retouched by the kicker until any other players touches the ball.  A goal may be scored directly from kickoff.

  • Penalty kicks WILL NOT be awarded.  If an offense occurs inside the penalty area, placement of the ball should be stepped off ten yards from the goal-line in the direction of the foul for a direct kick.  A wall may be formed.
  • Throw-Ins will occur if balls crosses the sideline (touch line).  Both feet must remain down. In the event the player raises his/her feet the referee will have the player attempt again.  The player will get a few attempts before the referee may signal for someone else to take the throw.
  • Goal kicks - The DEFENSIVE TEAM MUST RETREAT TO THE MIDFIELD LINE, UNTIL THE BALL LS PLAYED.  However, in the event the offensive team plays the ball quickly, the defensive team may go after the ball once it leaves the penalty box.
  • Corner kicks are in place
  • The Goalkeeper may not punt the ball
  • Coaches and players will sit at the benches. All parents/spectators must sit opposite (NOT next to goals)
  • Substitutions will be made at the discretion of the referee on goal kicks (either team), following a goal (either team), or on a throw-in (throwing team).
*** THE PLAYER NEEDS TO REPORT TO THE AREA AND CAN NOT GO IN UNTIL THE REFEREE CALLS THEM IN. ***
  • Finally Score will be kept
